12V Battery Charger

The Ridgetec High Capacity Battery Charger provides 13.7V at 2.5 amps of charging.  It uses overcharge protection.  The red indicator light will turn green once the battery is fully charged.

This charger is most suitable for Sealed Lead Acid batteries and LiFePO4 lithium batteries that support a 13.7V charge voltage.  This does not include 3-stranf Li-Ion batteries which have a charge voltage max at 12.6V.

The charger supports the industry standard SAE connector which is MALE-POSITIVE.  It will plug directly into battery pigtails used in our Premium Battery Cable and Lithium batteries.

The kit includes an alligator clip cable for generic charging use.

Note: Some Ridgetec cables supplied in the past may use the 2amp fuse.  This charger supplies 2.5amps and will blow this fuse.  Either replace with a 5amp fuse or use the alligator clips on your Sealed Lead Acid batteries.
